In 2020 when the world went into isolation, I decided to dreudge through the previous years travel footage and piece together some kind of inspiring story to try and help us all see the light when the world had become very dark. My caption during that isolation period was as follows;’We existed in a world where we lived for the weekend, now it seems that weekend is infinite until further notice, but some still complain. Still, the grass is always greener on the other side ...but if we stop looking at the other side and focus on where we stand right now, God willing we might realize we are the gardeners and have the choice to plant weeds or beautiful, blooming fauna. Learn to simply be. Isolation is a blessing as there is no other choice but to reignite the embers of passions that once burned bright. Paint again, dance again, write again, read again, cook again, love again. Simplicity is key to fulfillment. Isolation isn't a waste of time. This isn't a waiting game unless you choose it to be. To wait is to waste. To love is to live.’
